I'm going crazy! There's flies, fruit flies, moths, wasps, mosquitos and all sorts of flying insects everywhere now, I'm sick of them! Bring the autumn now please...

It was a fullmoon, so beautiful and cosy! A bit strenghtening as well, somehow.. I sometimes sleep bad when the moon is full though, but that's ok :3

Yes, my camerabag is packed, batteries charged and memory-cards ready. Time for another wedding! This time I'm also going to photograph all the guests - will be fun! :D

I wanted to get out in the nature and take earthy pictures... I love the forest, nature, freedom, to imagine, daydream, drift away, live, read.. enjoy life.

I wish we took more care of our dear nature though, it's the only thing we'll leave behind for our successors. Things will break and memories will fade...

Did not turn out the way I planned though, I'm tired of selfportraits. There's to much work with my fully manual lens, to get focus and depth of the picture right, and if I move just a little it all turns bad. My 50mm refuses to focus/focus right and the remote is not working properly, the signal between it and the camera is vague - even though I recently changed the battery of the remote..

 

I want full control of the situation, have a model and see her and the surroundings and light as I photograph. Move her, move around, change. I need to photograph other, need to start dare asking if I can photograph them and so forth. Dare to try my ideas. Sick of selfportraits, of seing myself, of it not turning out good and the way I wanted to.

Photographed the kittens again today - they grow fast now! Their eyes will prob. get their own color soon, and they've started running around [or at least walk faster haha], play and stuff with eachother. So cute that I tink I'll die for sure!

 

Like this picture because it became very bright, clear and shap plus the hole in the background looks like on of those typical mouseholes from a move haha xD

Been trying to eat a better breakfast these days - it is the most important meal of the day, after all. These two past days, I've gone up real early to work and felt it even more important to eat a proper breakfast, and it's actually rather tasty and keeps one going longer!

He had some nice and inspirational pictures on his webpage. And what a life he seems to have lived?!

A flash recently joined my equipment, so this day I went out into the woods with my bf's little sister to test it. I know nothing about flashes and it was hard so I'll have to read up on it and practice more :3

Emelie said with sarcasm "now you probably want me out on that log" and I answered "of course!" and I was serious, so I took my shoes of and went out in the cold, dirty water to give her a hand to get on to it haha! But I'm glad I did cause it became pretty nice, the light was amazing there :3

Was at a very nice photography meet-up today, with lots of other photographers and a few models. Emelie was one of them, whom I know and photographed. Very easy to work with and beautiful :3

The kittens are getting big now, and they're so cute! Soon they'll be able to walk and they'll be runnin' around everywhere :3 I've grown very fond of them, which isn't good since we'll give them away soon...

I got a flash today, woop~~! :D My camera looks so good with it on <3 Now I just have to learn how to use it.. xD

Yesterday when I went to bed, I just couldn't sleep. I tossed and turned, nothing was comfortable and sleep just would not come. Then it started to rain again, it really poured down heavily. So I got up and opened my window, to hear the rain betterv - then I fell asleep like a baby <3

I think, ponder, brood, fantasize and dream alot - especially during the evenings/nights and if I am alone or bored. Sometimes I really can't let a thought go unless I get to speak my mind about it, or express myself/the thought in a creative [preferrably through photography, but I also draw or write] way.

 

Tonight and today, my mind's really been soaring somewhere else. I've been thinking alot about my bf, and how I miss him. It gets harder and harder everytime he leaves to work in Norway. I miss him alot and long for him to come home, only to know that he'll only stay a few days, then leave again... Makes everything so much harder. Have 2 more days to make time fly until he comes home, dunno what I'll do. Need to make the time move faster - miss him alot!

Been hunting this knitted sweater like a maniac - now it's finually mine and I love it. I long for the fall to come now, with all the varm colors of the leaves, getting dark early so one can have lots of lit candles, make a cup of hot chocolate and just.. get cosy! To wear all these lovely, knitted clothes, big comfy shoes.. oh, autumn I am ready :D

When I went for my walk in the forest the other evening, my bf's little sister Tindra and his mum joined too. So I Photographed Tindra a little :3

 

It had rained a lot, so when the sun came through - it was a very beautiful light in the forest cause everything was moist and looked even greener.

After it quit raining and the clouds parted so the sun had a chance to show itself, just before it was to set, I took a walk in the forest that was lovely!

Wanted to take some new pictures of me and my new dress. And I did a while back, but I wasn't satisfied so haven't showed them...

 

My remote was giving me a hard time cause it's battery was running out [fixed that now], but then.. clumsy me. I had really high iso and I just thought the pictures got bright due to the seen, was stupid enough not to check that - so the pictures turned pretty grainy. Was going to re-take the pictures but then the rain came..

 

But hey, this is at least a new dress that I have and really like :3 hah

Now I'm soon off to have some sushi with Lo, a friend from Holland that's here to visit. Maria is also joining :) It will be the first time with sushi, for Lo - will be interesting to see what he thinks of it ;) Personally I love sushi :D

Then we'll play some Magic the Gathering [a card game] which will be so much fun! Been wanting to play it for wuite some time now, although.. I haven't played it in like four years so I will definitely loose haha!

Then later tonight, me and my friends are invited to dinner at Angelica's. Shall be a blast, not often we're all together at the sime time, plus Angelica is so good at making great food! :D

Felt it was time for a new selfportrait, since I'm chaning my looks a lot. Made it very simple today though.

 

Slowly finding and coming towards the style I want, and how I want to look. Down to earth and bohemian, sort of.. chill. My new sweater fits this perfectly, I love it <3 Then I want some steampunk-influenses as well, so my old camerabag I won at an auction is a step in the right direction for this. Then most steampunk will prob. be seen in my jewelry and details, but they can't be seen on this pic [especially not my earrings] Also, my hair's gettin' long and wild - hah!

 

This is one of the things I bought while I was away at my relative's place - 2 wonderful mugs, I'll always drink my coffé in them! But.. they're so beautiful I'm afraid to use them - what if I drop and brake them?! Maybe I should wait til' I move to my own place? Or maybe I'm just being silly hah! Right now they're standing on a shelf in my room and just looking.. georgeus!mitt kaffe i dem! Fast jag vill typ inte använda dem.. tänk om jag tappar dem? Kanske ska vänta tills jag flyttat hemifrån? haha XD Just nu står de och är fina på en hylla i mitt rum i alla fall :3 [det är andra, fina fantasy-figurer på andra sidan]

 

Took an inkpen and doodled a little in my calender one night when I couldn't sleep. Sometimes I really feel like picking up my drawing again...

I've been using mineral makeup for quite some time now. First from i.d bare minerals after my mum came home with some of it one day.

Then I one one of these starter kits from e.l.f minerals in a contest a girl had in her blog :D

2. i.d bare minerals original foundation, medium tan. Yeah, right now I'm using a foundation i.d, cause my from e.l.f started to come to an end and also it was to bright now during the summer when I've gotten tanned, I also bought this at Sephora in France cause it's a lot cheaper there than in Sweden. It's good a smart container, but e.l.f is not worse and also cheaper so I'll go back to that again :) I use number 5, a brush from isadora to applicate this, although mum has one from i.d so I'll prob. steal that one later, heh ;)


3. e.l.f mineral blush which I applicate with proffesional bronzing brush from e.l.f. For starters, I l.o.v.e the brush! It's a bit skewed and wonderful to use. The blush itself is also amaxing, it can't get to much or look unnatural. It's very soft and gentle, and blush really is the right word for it, rather than rouge. Really creates a natural and fresch blush on your cheeks :3

 

 

4. i.d mineral veil, something else I also love! It's really like a veil to applicate above the entire face/makeup once you're done, to give a nice shine and touch. It's very bright so I also use more of it on the cheekbones to highlight them, and dark cirkles under the eyes etc. I actually use the professional total face brush from e.l.f to applicate this with, since it's very large and soft and comfortable to use, and also since I have the other brush from isadora for my foundation instead.

I just got back home, after visiting my relatives and then a fast visit at my boyfriend, wanted to see him cause he goes back to Norway to work today - we'll see each other thursday again.

Now I have some stuff to do. Unpack my bags, and then I need to clean my closet. I've just been coming and going from my bf, the festival and now the relatives so it's totually chaotic in there. But it's just so boring! So now I'm gonna do some product-photography, to show some stuff I've bought and also to write about 2 things I've lingered with for too long, since I've promised some people to write about it. Then I need to clean my room and decorate a little.

Having coffé of course, to keep me going!
